Great location. Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh University and the award winning Scottish Parliament. The property is situated in the heart of the Edinburgh's famous nightlife and is ideally placed for all main Festival venues.

Please note that this property is situated on the top floor and is therefore unsuitable for people with any mobility problems.
