ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
You are requested to arrive no earlier than 3.00pm unless previously arranged with us. On the morning of departure, you are required to leave by 12 noon. You may be able to gain access earlier and depart later depending on other bookings. The Hirer is required to provide photographic identification upon arrival.
DEPOSIT PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL
A security deposit of £200 cash or full credit cards details of the Hirer are required upon arrival. The property will be inspected following departure and the deposit will be returned by us as soon as is reasonably practicable thereafter. A cash deposit will be returned (subject to any deductions) by bank transfer or cheque. No credit card payment will be charged until following the post-departure inspection. In all circumstances full details of breakages and damage will be provided to the Hirer.
DAMAGES/BREAKAGES
The Hirer and members of the party are required to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Mango Letting reserve the right to make a charge for cleaning if the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory condition. The Hirer undertakes to report all breakages, or damage as soon as reasonably practicable. The Hirer will be responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged items.
THE PROPERTY
The property is let on a self-catering basis. Quilts, pillows and bed linen will be provided. A hand and bath towel will be provided for each member of the party. For two week stays, the towels will be replaced at the start of the second week. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no maid service provided unless agreed in advance. There would be an additional cost for this.
The properties contain a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery, cutlery, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The Old Town apartment is situated on the third floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement. There is no lift. It is therefore unsuitable for people with any mobility problems. The property has no garden space.
The City Centre apartment has parking available. Guests will be provided with a visitors permit. This must be displayed on the car at all times whilst in the parking area. The permit must be left in the apartment when guests vacate the property. Failure to leave the permit will result in a charge for a replacement. Guests are responsible for any parking fines issued as a result of a failure to correctly display the permit.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to decline accommodation. We also retain a right of access to the property at all reasonable times with or without workman for the purposes of inspection, or to carry out repairs deemed necessary to the property, or equipment.
